For two decades, Judy navigated the challenging landscape of Corporate America as a dedicated Corporate Trainer and Project Manager, pouring 60-80 hours a week into her work. Simultaneously, she discovered her true passion—coaching—but only pursued it part-time. She recalls, “I held a limiting belief that a corporate job was my only means to support my family, save for retirement, and secure health benefits. I believed that was just how life worked.”

As she relentlessly pushed herself, life intervened with a series of wake-up calls in the form of severe health scares. These incidents temporarily took her out of work, yet she continued to push her limits, convinced that one must “just deal with the hardships of life and move on!” The moment her health hinted at recovery, she was back to the grind.

However, the final turning point arrived when her father was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), a progressive neurodegenerative disease. This devastating news shook her to the core and led her to a life-altering decision to leave Corporate America and care for her father.

This decision, likely a life-saver, forever transformed her life’s trajectory. Judy founded Evolution Solutions, a global coaching, speaking, and training company, offering her the flexibility to care for her father while fulfilling her passion for helping clients across the globe unlock their personal and professional potential. She now dedicates her life to guiding others to transcend their limiting beliefs and rewrite their life story, just like she did.
